I stayed at the brownstone from October 4 to October 8, 2007. My niece made the reservations for me and two of her work mates. We had a great time at your place. Everything was clean, the location is great, the neighborhood is safe, with everything close by. Anthony was very helpful and friendly. All in all, we enjoyed our "Girls Only" trip to NYC and I look forward to staying at your place again.

Hi Sam!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the apartment that we rented for 3 nights.

It was very clean, slept all 4 of us quite comfortably in separate beds, was in a quiet neighborhood, and within very easy walking distance of the trains we needed (2 or 3). We appreciated having a furnished kitchen and private bath and also liked the fact that it was on the second floor.

I stayed on 126th ST Townhouse 2 queen beds studio last Labor Day. I was impressed with the level of customer service and the attentive care from all of the units of your organization. From the cleanliness to the smiles. It was a pleasant experience. The subway was 2 blocks away and taxis were every where. I will recommend you and stay with you again.

As a returning guest to brownstone 36 I just wanted to tell you how great the accommodations were yet again. Both Anthony and Val were excellent. The master suite was beautiful and very spacious. I thought the new key pad door locks were a great idea. And having access to the internet for quick references was also an advantage.

Looking forward to staying there on many trips in the future.

Hi Sam

Just wanted to let you know that we found the accommodations at the brownstone excellent.
It is in a great area, close to subway stops,
and for being in Harlem us 4 girls felt safe at all times.
Anthony was great! He was there to answer any questions and tend to any concerns we had. I will definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone I know who is traveling to NYC.

Please forgive me for not writing sooner. Too much life...

You asked for feedback with regard to your place on 126th Street. I want to tell you that my daughter and I were very pleased with the accommodations and with the helpfulness of Derrick and Anthony.

Just one issue: the water in the shower is just warm. That in the sink is hot, so it's not a problem with the water heater. The adjustment mechanism needs to be reset.
