All linens and towels, and soap will be provided.
This is strictly a HOTEL type rental (without the hotel rental price) - there are NO personal belongings of any kind - closets and drawers are empty - for your use.

KITCHEN: SHARED: All new cooking ware, pots, pans, utensils, china, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Gourmet kitchen with GE brand new appliances and wood cabinets.
High speed wireless, private laundry room, use of kitchen, use of private back yard, etc. is included. The caretaker/housekeeper lives on the premises (in private basement level).
