You asked for feedback with regard to your place on 126th Street. I want to tell you that my daughter and I were very pleased with the accommodations and with the helpfulness of Derrick and Anthony.

Just one issue: the water in the shower is just warm. That in the sink is hot, so it's not a problem with the water heater. The adjustment mechanism needs to be reset.

I really appreciate your allowing us to stay in the "Royal Suite". I would have been fine with a bedroom which had a bath nearby, but it was not acceptable to have to go upstairs. Thanks again for the switch.

Another thing just occurred to me. I didn't find your ad on Craigslist at all welcoming. I pursued it because of my understanding of the bath situation. I guess that was a misunderstanding, as it turns out. If you'd
like, I can do some editing to make it a bit 'warmer and fuzzier'.

I'd definitely contact you again in the future.
